More than road-legal: with handlebar end mirrors and a number plate carrier, the M RS brings its radical, sporty presence to public highways. Its complete street setup preserves the uncompromising RS presence, while combining the radical design of the hyper naked bike with the equipment required for road use.

Typically M – perfect for the big stage, made for the racetrack. With the M Cover Kit, the M 1000 RS adopts a more minimalist configuration with hypersport tyres as standard. The focused setup brings its RS character and the racing-inspired design of the rear to centre stage. This equipment setup is intended exclusively for use on the racetrack.

The M 1000 RS owes its maximum-performance, high-speed-oriented inner workings to the M RR engine and other high-performance components. With 999 cm³, the four-cylinder engine delivers 218 hp at 14,500 rpm and 83.3 ft-lbs at 11,100 rpm. Increased compression, titanium valves and an additional 500 rpm makes its heritage obvious every time you rev up: M Performance derived from racing, making it the most powerful naked bike in the world.
