Every new BMW motorcycle comes with Roadside Assistance for the first three years, so if your journey takes an unexpected turn, we’ve got you. Our multilingual support team is available 24/7, 365 days a year, with on-the-spot guidance by phone whenever possible. If your motorcycle becomes immobilized due to a breakdown, puncture, accident, lost keys, misfuelling, or damage from fire, theft, or vandalism, we’ll make arrangements to help get you moving again.
Anyone who purchases a BMW motorcycle or scooter from an authorized BMW Motorrad Retailer in Canada is eligible for Roadside Assistance for 3 years from the original in-service date, with no kilometer limit.
If your issue can be resolved where you are, BMW Motorrad Roadside Assistance will be there with on-site support whenever your ride is interrupted, including help for flat tires, dead batteries, and out-of-fuel situations. You’ll also receive up to 7 litres of premium fuel at no cost (limited to two fuel service calls per year).
If on-site assistance can’t get you back on the road, your motorcycle will be transported by a qualified carrier to the nearest authorized BMW Motorrad Retailer or to your preferred authorized Retailer within 80 kilometers.

The cost for any parts or operating fluids such as engine oil or coolant when used for an on-site service is the financial responsibility of the owner/rider. The New Motorcycle Limited Warranty does not cover parts or fluids for any of the above on-site services.

The nearest authorized BMW Motorrad retailer or your preferred retailer, as long as it’s within 80 km or less of the nearest one. Any additional charge to go beyond these distance limits will be the riders responsibility.
If towing is required onward mobility utilizing ride share services (e.g. Lyft/Uber, etc.) may be requested from the Roadside Assistance Specialist to pick up a rider (and pillion passenger) from the disablement point to travel back home, hotel, work, school, dealership, etc. A maximum trip distance of 80 km distance is allowed and covered under the program. Additional distance and resulting costs are the responsibility of the rider.
