With BMW Motorrad Service Inclusive, you can enjoy riding pleasure to the full extent. You don’t have to waste a moment thinking about the cost of maintenance, scheduled servicing or inspection. You make a one-off payment and then, depending on the package/contract selected, you are entitled to service and maintenance work for the duration and kilometres selected.

BMW Service Inclusive only applies if the vehicle has been driven appropriately (1 set per package) and maintenance work has been carried out at the intervals indicated by the vehicle and in accordance with the specifications of the manufacturer.
*Some services do not apply to all motorcycles.
BMW Motorrad Service Inclusive is available for all models up to 10 years old except HP4 Race.
The period of validity begins on the date on which the serivce inclusive contract is signed.
Entitlement to BMW Motorrad Service Inclusive ends as soon as one of the two limits (distance driven in kilometres or duration of contract in years) has been reached. If the vehicle is sold before either of these limits has been reached, entitlement is transferred to the new owner.
Yes, the package is directly bound to the vehicle and can therefore be used by the new owner for the remaining term of the package.

Yes, BMW Motorrad Service Inclusive is valid at all participating BMW Motorrad Retailers in Canada.
Service Inclusive packages can be purchased up to 10 years or 100,000 kilometres from the year and month of production.
Service Inclusive packages are also available for used motorcycles with a maximum age of 10 years from the year and month of production.
BMW SERVICE INCLUSIVE ELIGIBILITY:
The Selected Plan above may be purchased at the time of purchase of the Vehicle, at the time of its delivery, or after its delivery, within a maximum period of 10 years (120 Months) from the year and month of production of the Vehicle.
The Selected Plan is only available for BMW Motorrad motorcycles that meet the following criteria:
· Vehicles which, on the day of purchase of the Agreement, do not exceed 10 years of age from the year and month of production (120 months).
· Vehicles which are maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommended service intervals.
The following are, in all cases, excluded from the Agreement:
· Vehicles that have been modified in any way (including but not limited to odometer tampering, installation of aftermarket parts, etc.).
· Vehicles that have undergone any form of tuning or performance enhancement.
· Vehicles used in competitions.
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, any participating Authorized Retailer in Canada will perform the maintenance services on the Vehicle as per the Selected Plan purchased under this Agreement.
Scheduled maintenance service intervals are based on those calculated by your Vehicle’s on-board maintenance system ("Service Indicator") and the time intervals listed in the Vehicle’s Rider’s Manual. Should you request maintenance services over and above those indicated by the Service Indicator or the Rider’s Manual, the cost of these services will be your responsibility and are not covered under the Selected Plan. Scheduled maintenance services may vary by model.
SELECTED PLAN COVERAGE†:
The Selected Plan covers the scheduled maintenance coverage based on factory recommended scheduled maintenance items which are listed in your Vehicle’s Rider’s Manual. These items include:
- Engine oil service
- Oil filter change
- First-check (1,000km)
- Valve clearance check (Note, adjustment of value clearance is excluded)
- Fork oil change
- Gearbox oil change
- Final drive oil change
- Spark plug replacement
- Brake fluid replacement
- Air filter change
- Certified Technician labour costs
- Disposal of oil, fluid and parts

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES UNDER THE MAINTENANCE PROGRAM:
It is a condition of this Agreement and the New Motorcycle Limited Warranty that the Vehicle be serviced and/or inspected by an Authorized BMW Motorrad Retailer in accordance with your Vehicle’s Service Indicator and Rider’s Manual. If there is a conflict between the Service Indicator and the recommended service interval listed in the Rider’s Manual, BMW will follow the intervals listed within the Rider’s Manual.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
THE LIABILITY OF BMW UNDER THIS AGREEMENT IS LIMITED TO THE PERFORMANCE OF THE WORK CONTEMPLATED AND AGREED TO HEREIN. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BMW WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE LOSS OF USE OF THE VEHICLE, LOSS OF TIME, INCONVENIENCE, LODGING, MEALS, COMMERCIAL LOSS OR ANY OTHER SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE FOR ANY BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY APPLICABLE TO THE VEHICLE, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. BMW SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE OR LOSS TO PROPERTY, OR THE INJURY OR DEATH OF ANY PERSON, ARISING FROM THE OPERATION, MAINTENANCE, OR USE OF THE VEHICLE WHETHER OR NOT RELATED TO THE PARTS OR SERVICE PROVIDED UNDER THE VEHICLE’S ORIGINAL STANDARD MAINTENANCE OR ANY OF THE PROGRAM CONTEMPLATED IN THIS AGREEMENT.
TERMINATION OF COVERAGE:
This Agreement will terminate without notice or refund, and will thereafter be of no further effect if:
A. The VIN of the Vehicle has been altered or cannot be read;
B. The odometer of the Vehicle has been replaced or altered and the true odometer reading cannot be determined;
C. The Vehicle has undergone any form of tuning or performance enhancement. or
D. The Vehicle has been used in competitions.
BMW reserves the right to deny coverage if the Vehicle has been damaged through neglect or theft. Coverage may be reinstated after the Vehicle is inspected by an Authorized BMW Motorrad Retailer and the documentation is reviewed and approved by a representative of BMW.
BMW reserves the right to deny coverage if the Vehicle has been written-off or sold for salvage by a recognized insurance company within Canada or worldwide.
CANCELLATION:
Provided that you have not made any claims under this Agreement, you may cancel this Agreement provided that written notice of cancellation is received by BMW, no later than thirty (30) days following the purchase date of the Agreement. If this Agreement is cancelled by you, BMW will refund to you 100% of the total amount paid by you for this Agreement. BMW will credit such amount against any balance outstanding by you to BMW under a loan, or if you have no loan outstanding with BMW, BMW will send a cheque for such amount to you at your address stated on page 1 of this Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing and without prejudice to any of BMW’s rights herein, BMW may in its sole discretion cancel this Agreement if the Vehicle is deemed a total loss by your insurer. In the event that the Vehicle has been deemed a total loss or sold for salvage, you will not be entitled to any refund.
TRANSFERABILITY:
This Agreement covers the Vehicle only and is not transferrable to cover another vehicle. This Agreement, and the Rider’s Manual relating to the Vehicle must be given to any subsequent owner and such subsequent owner must complete the change of ownership form found in the Rider’s Manual and forward it to BMW at the address indicated below:

COVERAGE OUTSIDE OF CANADA:
The Program is administered through a participating Authorized BMW Motorrad Retailer only. The Program is not available in the U.S.A. The Program is available in certain other countries. If you require servicing while abroad, consult with the local BMW Motorrad Retailer as to whether they are a participant in the Program. Any eligible services provided by a participating BMW Motorrad outside of Canada will be covered under this Agreement.
GENERAL:
This Agreement is not insurance.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, or the Province of Quebec if you are a resident of Quebec. The parties hereby irrevocably agree to attorn to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Province of Ontario, or the Province of Quebec if you are a resident of Quebec.
