It is your responsibility to delete all information such as contacts, saved maps, address look-ups, from your vehicle’s system and immediately contact us to terminate your account and cancel your services when you sell, dispose of or otherwise transfer your vehicle and advise BMW of the sale, disposal or transfer of your vehicle and request BMW to remove your access to the services for the vehicle.
We may use service providers who process or store information outside of Canada, including in the United States or other jurisdictions where we may have operations. As such, personal information may be subject to foreign laws and may be accessible by foreign governments, courts, law enforcement and regulatory agencies. This means that we may be compelled to disclose this information to governmental agencies when legally required.
Please be aware that your personal information may be stored, accessed, and processed outside of your province or territory of residence, including outside of Quebec, and in any country where BMW Group Canada operates or engages service providers.
